These terms govern your use of getbrowe.com and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them.
Who you're contracting with: Browe, contactable at support@getbrowe.com. [BEFORE LAUNCH: replace this line with your registered company name, company number, registered address, and set the governing law and jurisdiction in section 12 below.]
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
2. Products
Browe sells cosmetic tools and cosmetic products. They are not medical devices and not dermatological treatments, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice. Product descriptions state what the products do; we don't claim they treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Colours shown on screen are approximations — screens vary, and tint reads differently on different skin and hair.
3. Safe use
Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Patch-test the tint 24 hours before first use. Do not use either product on broken, irritated, sunburned or infected skin, do not apply tint to lashes or inside the eye area, and keep both away from children. Stop using and seek advice if irritation occurs. If you are under a dermatologist's or doctor's care, ask them before use.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there's an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include applicable sales tax where we're required to charge it. They do not include import duties or local taxes charged when a parcel enters your country — those are yours to pay. Prices and promotions can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we've already accepted.
Compare-at prices shown with a strike-through refer to the total cost of buying the components separately at our own list prices, not to any other retailer's price.
6. Shipping
Shipping is free worldwide. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for full detail.
7. Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery, email us first.
8. Shipping protection
Shipping protection is an optional $2.99 service we provide ourselves. It is not insurance and is not underwritten by an insurer. Its scope, exclusions and claim process are set out in the Shipping Protection Terms, which form part of these terms.
9. Discount codes
Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can be withdrawn at any time. Codes obtained through email signup apply to a first order.
10. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, don't attempt to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access, don't scrape it, and don't upload anything malicious. We may suspend access if you do.
11. Intellectual property
The Browe name, logo, page copy and site design belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights, which these terms do not affect.
Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
