How often should I use it?
Start with 2 nights a week. If your skin stays calm, go to 3. It's an exfoliant, not a daily moisturiser — more is not better.
How do I use it?
Cleanse and pat dry. Apply a thin layer to dry or rough areas, avoiding eyes and lips. Leave it on for the time on the tube, rinse with lukewarm water, then moisturise. Use at night.
Will it tingle?
A light tingle can happen. Burning, strong redness or swelling means rinse it off and stop. Patch-test on the jawline the first time.
Will it lighten my skin or remove scars?
No. It removes the layer of dead skin that makes texture and tone look worse. It won't bleach skin or erase deep scars, and we won't claim it does.
Can I use it with retinol or on eczema?
Don't use it on broken skin, active eczema, or the same night as a strong retinol. Daytime after use, wear sunscreen — fresh skin burns faster.
